Laying the foundation
We transformed the company's former commercial and logistics portfolio, initially building our public procurement advisory portfolio from 2013 onwards, based on our business consultancy profile and previous public procurement experience.
We have continuously expanded our profile, initially undertaking smaller procedures, and then carrying out more and more public procurements of increasing volume.
FAKSZ Qualification and Audit Services
By this time, our team included a Responsible Accredited Public Procurement Consultant (FAKSZ), so we also undertook the management of public procurement procedures related to EU-funded projects, which represented a significant advantage in the market.
From then on, we not only handled the procedures but also took an active role on the audit side: we retrospectively checked the compliance of grant-funded public procurement procedures with legal regulations, and prepared audit reports for numerous authorities.
Focus on Bidders
We gradually expanded our services to support bidders as well. Since we previously had experience mainly in the healthcare sector, our first corporate clients were primarily laboratories and medical diagnostic organizations. The changing regulatory environment meant an additional burden for more and more companies.
We've made it our mission that those who work with us only have to focus on the technical content and pricing. We handle all public procurement, legal, and management tasks transparently.

Thanks to our comprehensive services, a wider market spectrum has opened up to us. We have been approached from a wide range of sectors – solely through recommendations. Consequently, we have welcomed an increasing number of international clients among our partners.
